1938 Francisco Food Specialties, Inc.

Sonny Emmanuel Francisco, one of the grandchildren of Ferino’s founder Lolo Ceferino, started his own company in 2000.  Before this, during his college years, he was working for his father, Alfredo, in the production of the bibingka mix (galapong).

In 2016, Francisco Food Specialties and its sister company, AMB Francisco Bibingka Express, both sole proprietorships of husband and wife Sonny and Anne Francisco, merged and incorporated into 1938 Francisco Food Specialties, Inc.  Sonny and Anne personally manage their company with a team of passionate and competent food service professionals.

The company operates bibingka dine-in and take-out stores and acts as commissary and distributor of specialty native rice cakes to its franchised branches and partner institutions.

It is the vision of the company for Filipinos to enjoy Ferino’s Bibingka and other native rice cakes and delicacies wherever they are in the country or around the world.

We are an active member of the Association of Filipino Franchisers, Inc. and an advocacy partner of GoNegosyo and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
